Eligibility & Age Restriction
dafa is strictly an 18+ platform. We take our age verification obligations seriously and apply them without exception.
To register an account and use the dafa Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. dafa does not permit any individual under the age of 18 to register, deposit, wager, or claim any bonus or promotional reward under any circumstances.

Age Verification Process
dafa conducts age and identity verification as part of its standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your account is fully verified and withdrawals are enabled:
- A valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID)
- A valid Bangladeshi passport (photo and data pages)
- A valid Bangladeshi driving licence
- A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence confirming your address (dated within 90 days)
Until KYC verification is complete, dafa may impose restrictions on deposit amounts, withdrawal eligibility, and bonus claims. dafa reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, and to withhold any associated balance pending investigation.

Account Registration
Each player may hold exactly one dafa account. Registration is free and open to eligible adults resident in permitted markets.

The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a mobile number associated with your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket).
One Account Per Player
Each individual is entitled to register and maintain exactly one (1) dafa account. If dafa determines that a player holds more than one account — whether registered under the same name, email, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — dafa reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any winnings generated from duplicate accounts, and withhold deposits pending investigation for potential fraud.
Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for the security of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. dafa will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. Account Information Updates
You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate. If your contact details, mobile number, or payment account details change, you must update your dafa profile promptly. dafa is not responsible for failed communications, missed verification requests, or delayed withdrawals that arise because account information is outdated or inaccurate.
Mobile Number Requirement: Because dafa processes deposits and withdrawals primarily via bKash and Nagad, your registered mobile number must match the mobile wallet used for transactions. Mismatches between registered account details and payment account details may cause withdrawal delays and will require additional verification.

Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on dafa are conducted in BDT via locally familiar payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
dafa supports a range of payment methods designed specifically for the Bangladesh market. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). dafa does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of dafa.
Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
- Deposits are credited to your dafa account balance typically within two (2) minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.
- You may only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- dafa reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used to deposit. Failure to provide such proof may result in account suspension.
- Deposited funds may not be transferred to other dafa players.
Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
- Withdrawals are processed to your registered bKash or Nagad number within 24 hours of request — most within 2–4 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
- First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification (see Section 2).
- Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name matching your verified dafa account details.
- dafa reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.
- Bonus-derived funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn (see Section 5).
Anti-Money Laundering
dafa is committed to operating a platform free from financial crime. In accordance with standard anti-money laundering (AML) best practices, dafa monitors transactions for suspicious patterns and may request additional documentation or delay the processing of withdrawals where AML concerns arise. Players who are found to have used the Platform to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime will have their accounts terminated immediately and the matter reported to the relevant authorities.

Bonus & Promotions

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of a particular offer:
General Bonus Rules
- All bonuses must be claimed within the time window specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
- Bonuses are credited in BDT to your dafa bonus balance and are held separately from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
- Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Use of multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture and account closure.
- dafa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have already accepted an active bonus at the time of modification will have their existing bonus honoured under the terms that were in place at the point of acceptance.
Wagering Requirements
Most bonuses on dafa are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) that must be placed as real-money bets before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise:
- Wagering must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate — exact contribution rates are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
- Maximum bet amounts while a bonus is active may be capped. Placing bets above the stated cap while a bonus is active may result in winnings from that session being voided.

These promotions are subject to their own individual terms and time windows and are communicated via the on-platform promotions section and registered player email.

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
dafa is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment. All forms of cheating, fraud, or exploitation of the Platform are strictly prohibited.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dafa Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:
Prohibited Actions
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including sharing cards or information in live casino games.
- Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, macros, or any other automated means to access, navigate, or interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
- Exploitation of Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical fault, glitch, misconfiguration, or software error in the Platform or any game. Any winnings generated through a known fault will be voided.
- Fraudulent Deposits: Making deposits using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials. dafa works closely with payment providers and law enforcement to identify and prosecute such activity.
- Money Laundering: Using the Platform to disguise, transfer, or legitimise the proceeds of any criminal activity. dafa reports suspicious financial activity in accordance with applicable AML standards.
- Match Fixing: Betting on or facilitating the fixing of any sporting event, including cricket matches, in a manner intended to generate guaranteed profit from predetermined outcomes.
- Abusive Communication: Threatening, harassing, intimidating, or using offensive language toward dafa staff or other players through any support channel or communication mechanism.
Game Integrity
All games available on the dafa Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by independent, internationally accredited game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Evolution Gaming. Limitation of Liability

Platform Availability
dafa makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, server outages, or circumstances beyond dafa's reasonable control (including internet infrastructure failures, government actions, or natural disasters). dafa is not liable for any losses — including missed betting opportunities or game interruptions — arising from Platform unavailability.
Financial Losses
Gambling involves financial risk. dafa is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through normal use of the Platform — including losses from casino games, sports bets, or any other wagering activity. By using the Platform you accept that losses are a natural outcome of gambling and that dafa bears no liability for such losses.
Cap on Liability
In the event that dafa is found liable to you for any reason — including but not limited to system errors, miscredited balances, or failed transactions — dafa's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to claims arising from dafa's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Important: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits dafa's liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. The limitations above apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Account Closure & Suspension
Both you and dafa have the right to close or suspend an account. The process and consequences differ depending on the initiating party and the reason for closure.
Voluntary Closure by Player
If you wish to close your dafa account voluntarily, you may do so at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected] or via live chat. Before your account is closed, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and standard withdrawal processing times. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
Closure for Responsible Gaming (Self-Exclusion)
Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem may request a cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion. Suspension or Termination by dafa

- Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
- Suspected or confirmed engagement in any prohibited conduct outlined in Section 6
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
- Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more
- Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider associated with your account
- Any legal or regulatory obligation requiring dafa to restrict access to the Platform
Balances Upon Termination by dafa
Where dafa terminates an account due to a breach of these Terms or confirmed fraudulent activity, any balance remaining in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no fraudulent activity occurred, verified real-money funds will be returned to the player via the registered payment method. Funds associated with confirmed fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering will be forfeited in their entirety.
Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. dafa will make reasonable efforts to contact you using your registered email or mobile number before applying any inactive account policy. After 24 months of continuous inactivity, dafa reserves the right to close the account and treat any remaining balance as dormant in accordance with applicable standards. Self-Exclusion is Permanent Until the Period Ends: If you have requested a self-exclusion period through dafa's responsible gaming tools, dafa will not reverse or shorten that exclusion at your request during the active period — even if you change your mind.
